I get asked so often about what vitamins I take! I am a huge vitamin advocate – especially for someone like me who is just going going going and never stopping… I need vitamins to help keep my immune system, and my entire body healthy!


I take these B-Complex vitamins that support energy. These are a life saver for me. I need my energy to get up early each day, shoot Daily Pop and then go about the rest of my day without feeling sluggish!

My other vitamins I take are Jarro-Dophilus probiotics. I take these up to 3 times a day after a meal to help protect and maintain a balanced intestinal microflora, and support immune function and intestinal health.

What do you guys take each day? I’m always looking for more vitamin recommendations!
